Sorry for my ignorance but please tell me what this would be used for? It’s already a given that the alpine butterfly does not give in all directions. Why would I need another loop? I could tie off the loop in any way needed so why would you need a second loop?

This rope is called paramax.

It’s just regular double inverted blue vein fartknocker nad twist alpine butterfly shoestring rope. You can get it at pretty much any special blue rope store.
