Depends on prices, but generally the cheapest way is to 5-link with spam, corrupt it, and then use tainted fusings. But, between those two, 1500 fusings if you're doing only one or two throughout the entire league, quality and spam if you plan to do several. Law of averages is a harsh mistress and she demands quantity.

This league you can use black morrigan with sand spitter to six link for 100c

It can't drop with 6 sockets naturally, you can still make it 6 link with currency

you can use vaal orbs on the bench to make 6 socket and 6 link, it will cost a ton tho as it takes as much vaal orbs as it takes fusings and jewellers.

also tainted currency is a thing. :) way cheaper with that now that I think about it.

There are two ways, and I'd suggest using a combination of both. The bench crafting recipes to modify sockets and links can be used on corrupted items, but require an amount of Vaal Orbs equal to the number of Jeweller's or Fusing orbs. For example, the recipe to 4-link an item costs 5 Fusings and 5 Vaal Orbs (pretty cheap), and the recipe to 6-link an item costs 1500 Fusings and 1500 Vaal Orbs (stupidly expensive). There is a Tainted Jeweller's Orb that randomly adds or removes a socket from a corrupted item, and Tainted Orb of Fusing which randomly adds or subtracts from the largest link on a corrupted item (i.e. an item with 6 sockets that has 4L and 2L may have the 4L be upgraded to 5L). These orbs will be the primary way to get it to 6S and 6L, but depending on their prices, it may be best to use the aforementioned bench recipe to start at 4S (and 4L after) and then use Tainted orbs to try to increase them to 5 and 6, and if it's lowered to 3, probably use the bench craft again to reset it to 4.

I made a follow up video yesterday about the build. The final product that I play will never exactly match the guide because I'm always tinkering.

@@subtractem An updated guide would be better if possible. Like another newer player said, it's jumping from 1,000dps to 6-10 million dps that is info we would like to see You jumped around quickly in that vid and was hard see changes.

The build as written is entirely sufficient for a league start guide. You can ignore all follow up content and have a good time. What I share afterward is me tinkering. It's not exclusively better, it's just different.

@@subtractem NP, I found Wave of Conviction, skill tree basicly the same, 1 button attack vs keep having pressing to throw traps. I running smoother and it's more fun for me and the build including end game are 2 uniques, had 1 and bought the other cheap. Bought new gems and running at lvl1 was clearing better. Really Sick at clearing. Glad I tried your build, just this build is better for me. When I get frustrated , it's just not fun.... Good luck !!

@@raz0rh00f Thus why I said all jokes aside. And last league I played as much if not more and never had the luck they did. As I am usually off or business is real slow around the holidays.

If it was very aggressive or had a link then KZfaq automatically holds it for moderation, it's automatic.
