So interesting! Didn’t know they had redesigned the double diamond. As a product manager, I agree it’s good to call out leadership & influencing explicitly as something to invest time and resource into. You really have to take stakeholders on the journey with you

That is where I am trying to improve, I get so much great feedback on my work but I can never get a senior rule as I do lack the charisma/communicational skills. I am trying to fix it by taking acting classes! Let's see

I've recently started watching your videos, and I've also got my hands on your book. I must say, your unique take on UX has truly shifted my perspective, particularly the Double Diamond system. While you've already pointed out a few references for more data on this topic, I'm always on the hunt for more. Currently, I'm working on creating a process for building impactful websites, rather than simply contributing to creating more noise on the internet. With that in mind, I can't help but ask, do you have some 'top-secret' resources that could guide me in exploring this system down to the last atom? P.S. I know this question might be hefty enough to inspire your next book (no pressure! 😆) But to clarify, I'm seeking more of an outline rather than a full system, which I understand would be unrealistic to ask for. Essentially, I need something to guide my thought process towards the critical elements when I'm developing the process I mentioned earlier.

Thanks you for the well thought out and illustrated segment. Question: As a media production, as well as technology consulting firm, we use the DD during the video pre-production and through postproduction - not just that it provides a unique, competitive edge but grounds the project in sound product process and design principles. Therefore, and since these are one off projects, do you see a need for the more expansive 2.0 version, what would it additionally provide in this scenario?
