Haha you’ve covered three of my favorite bands recently. Polaris, Invent Animate, and Thornhill. If you like these songs, you can’t go wrong with almost any song from their Butterfly EP and The Dark Pool album. The Dark Pool is one of my favofite albums of all time. I’d recommend Views From the Sun, Nurture, and/or Coven from this album, but it’s honestly hard to single specific songs out when the whole thing is so good. Ark Angel and Casanova are favorites from their latest album Heroine. Side note, if you’d like a little more hardcore leaning and good heavy breakdowns, Alpha Wolf is very fun. Cloud.

Thornhill are a brilliant band, fantastic songwriters that really get your emotions going. They get compared to the deftones a lot because of their recent album but they're mostly very unique otherwise. The Dark Pool by them might be my personal number 1 album ever made. Where we go when we die is the final song on the album and it really does hit a lot harder in context of the album. Seeing them in November along with Holding Absence.

Go on a thornhill rabbit hole my guy. Fantastic ambient metal. Other Aussie metal bands you should check out is ‘Northlane’ ‘banks arcade’ and ‘void of vision’
