the gun at 12:40, it's a The PP-19 Bizon , a 9mm submachine gun that thing you thought was a grenade launcher, that's the magazine that holds the bullets

That "roadblock" rifle would be a Galil I believe and the one below it was an M16 with a shotgun underbarrel also known as a master key. In the first Predator film the character of Billy uses one.

I´d like to know if someone has kitbashed / interchanged parts between Valaverse figures and Gi Joe Classifieds: if parts are compatibles, or some minor modding has to be done.
