The big difference here is these guys are confident and can handle themselves so don’t panic or get over excited. This enables them to keep a friendly but professional attitude, they also seem to be nice people

PJ Audits, may find interesting the Advanced Manufacturing Park down the road in Waverly/Catcliff off the A630. Some tenants include Rolls Royce, McClaren and University of Sheffield AMRC. Focus is energy research in conjunction with the University. Waverly used to be a 740 acre coal mine site and being redeveloped since the 1990s by Harworth Group. Advanced Manufacturing Park is about 150 acres and to the east adding retail and housing estates over the years. South end is Lake Waverly and park. Quite a variety and ongoing construction the past few years; would be interesting to see the changes since the last google image updates.

I heard the the Chinese Jingye group that own British Steel in Scunthorpe are about to close the ovens and axe 800 jobs. They came in proclaiming to be it's saviour and now they gonna kill it and the town. I remember when it was Appleby Frodingham before they built the site that's there now. Liberty is Sanjeev Gupta's company and it's got debt trouble too, however the plant in Rotherham is for high grade steel production for use in the aerospace and energy industry. Guess that's why security is tight, I enjoyed the watch still cause very reasonable security is a sight we don't often see. 😇 PJ you deserve a 👍
