I think the big issue with ceruledge is actually his healing off of bitter blade. bitter blade might actually not be strong enough, it's clearly meant to be the sidelaner skill path but it feels like while the damage is good, the sustain it gives isn't high enough vs the other skill path which just deals a lot more damage.

I hope they buff bitter blade either give CC to enemies that got hit / Shield / Damage Reduction self-buff for couple of seconds after casting it

I feel like Energy Amp is also a better item than Charging Charm. Amp feels really good on Ceruledge, just being able to engage more often and wipe out a few targets more reliably

Ceruledge gets a boosted basic that hits multiple times - every time he uses a move. If there were ever a time to use razor claw, it's here.

Ceruledge feels like Blaziken. A bit underwhelming for sure but with time people can get good with him and might just need a slight damage buff and he will be golden.

Definitely lacking in the damage department Blaziken has CC, big damage through Overheat + it’s 5 move combo through its Unite changing your moves

Unlike Blaziken, Ceruledge doesn't need an advanced combo all that jazz. Definitely more easily than Blaziken and yes it definitely needs a damage buff💪
