We came into Miami a day early to explore the city and get ready for our cruise on Virgin Voyages.
We always recommend coming to your embarkation port city the day before your cruise starts. Make sure you always do some research before you pick a hotel and location to stay at for a vacation.
This hotel was different than expected. It had lots of shopping options within itself, including food, spas, dentist and pharmacy. We didn’t realize so many people lived here.
It was more expensive than our normal hotels but you’re paying for location and the access to these amenities in the hotel.
The room was nice with the outside sliding door not locking and the bad sink pressure being the only real issues we had while we were there. And Mitchell getting stuck in a non resident restricted area.
Miami is a vibrant and fun area. We enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to spend more time here as we cruise more often.

Is there a grocery store within walking distance to pickup a few items for your cruise, such as snacks, wine, ect.?

Great question! There is a Publix extremely close to the hotel, about a 5 minute walk. What cruise are you goin on ?

Coming to Miami in a few weeks for a cruise. Looking to stay here. How far was the Peruvian restaurant from the hotel?

That's exciting, which cruise are you doing? Only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, it was Ceviches by Divino. Let us know if you go and what you think.

It's from our most recent trip when we were there in February. Thank you so much, we're glad you liked it and it convinced you to stay there. It was a really nice Hotel and it's in a good spot. Great food, plenty of fitness classes around and a short Uber to the ports or if you want to hit up different parts of Miami. Let us know what you think of it. Which cruise are you going on?

@magicalkeysvacations Thanks for responding! It's a very nice video. We are going on Carnival Magic for Cozmel, Belize, and Mohogany Bay. I saw the hotel prior to seeing your video. After watching it, I knew this was the place. We will spend 3-4 days here before we cruise. We will definitely take in some scenery while there. So this was a nice confirmation. I appreciate it.
