Always working on something! Wagyu is the best. If you are ever in Walden, CO hit up the Cafe in town their Wagyu burgers are to die for. I might have had a couple before and after a backpacking trip.

Thats soooooo good, Todd… is wagyu beef THAT good? Don’t remember having ever tried it at home [maybe it happened at a restaurant, don’t know], probably because of the $$ … Really simplistic, doable…. And, good on you for the low-salt seasoning…

@@praisehisawesomename Thank you. He was 46 years old and lived long than the doctors thought he would. He started out only weighing 3 lbs 7 1/2 ozs at birth but was not a premature baby. He was just under weight. He was also born with 2 birth defects and kidney disease. he went into kidney failure in his 20's. Had a kidney transplant in 2000 but rejected it in 2013 due to getting sick from a child that coughed in his face and gave him an upper repository infection. he went back on dialysis and was on dialysis at the time of his death.
