Here is my method for making the double walled acrylic shaker cups, originally known as snowglobe tumblers.

It helps the glitter get a better flow than just water alone 😊

Is that like cricut vinyl? And would I need to seal it with modpodge

It's permanent vinyl (Metamark M7) and no, you don't seal it 🙂

Scraper? Thank you for the tutorial, I have wanted to make a shaker cup for months but really worried about cracking the bottom of the acrylic tumbler. Would a 6mm drill bit be okay to use? And then just find 6mm bumpers to seal. Could I please ask you what wattage is your uv nail lamp and how long was your drying time to set the uv resin

For glitter, 6mm will work just fine. I just go bigger in this one because of the clay slices. My lamp is 72W and it took a total of 5 minutes (5x 60sec cycles) to be hard and no longer sticky

I have see people so use a hot pen or hot knife with the round tip! Then it won't crack!
