Waiiii. You was in my area. I live at the top of Sutton Street 😅 You should have checked out the elderly couple where National Cinema was,they are on Mucarapo Street opposite the market near National Cinema. They are there from 6am till probably 9am or finish. Real old time bars,brown and the smell,brings back the old time days . The ladies on the San Fernando Whalf is good too,if you like the geera flavor channa. I'm not a fan of the geera, but the channa is runny,the smell brings you back to the old time days as well. Nice video,loved the 10/10 rating. Awesome job Nathan🎉

Fun fact. When barra's are freshly fried. They will be a bit crunchy. As it cools down, it gets that elastic constituency.

I agree with Trinbago vibes that doubles is really a great tasting food or delicacy and you really need to shop around to get the right tasting and clean cooked doubles,but too much of fried foods or white flour based foods are not good for your heart,so you need to advise your viewers of that and yes,i agree,arima or point fortin hospital is a good choice,lol!

Some great spots, some of them I frequent often! But u need to try the mobile green shed in La Romain, it's in car park opposite Pennywise. Really good doubles, better than the original in Debe.

Rajeev the bara gets soft after being fried because of the steam. It is crispy right out of the oil then gets soft. Nathan will give the 1st 8 out of 10 because children like extra salt😂

Still, I had some that came straight from the frying pan and yeah it was slightly crispy but then it soften up, but this one 🤷🏽♂️ but I’ll try them back one of these day

It can be messy but that’s how you eat it, especially as a local, lol, as for the sauce that remains, well you try to scoop up as much as possible and if it’s tat sting really good you lick the paper as well

Agreed,the same goes for KFC,Royal Castle,Trini Chicken,Burger King,Japs and Marios Pizza etc and etc,they all taste good,but too much of it is not good for our health,yet if we take 50 vitamin tablets in 1 day,that is not good too,despite the fact that vitamins are good for us,so i guess moderation in everything and not abuse.So keep on your food hopping trips and let us know which Trini fast foods/road side foods are the best tasting and their locations,but keep in mind to remind viewers of their health too.
