One thing Wumbo and Doremy did very well was teamwork. Wumbo used quick DT cannons to keep Doremy safe, and Doremy then saved up for a long kill chain, knowing that Wumbo would protect them. Both sacrificed individual strategy (Wumbo not getting the 4-wide and Doremy not staying safe) in order to boost the team performance.

Andrew Smith That definitely was great teamwork play. I saw a lot of disjointed stuff from their opponents, and they paid the price.

The head to head at 47:25 was a ludicrous display. Leads off with a phat 10 chain into putting every single tetris piece in the exact spot that would net him the most lines. t-spin double, the L-spin, t-spin triple, j-spin to combo, regular combo, and full clear. Never seen that in my life

I don't blame them - the perfect clear killed Doremy and Wumbo was in a tight spot, yet he 1v2 them and still managed to beat them out. I'd quit after too.

The game ended before doremy's combo dealt any damage, it was their own top off that killed them, not doremy.

Can someone explain to me how to play 4 players better? I find it extremely difficult looking up and down at the pieces and it makes me play much slower than a 2 player match. With 2 players i usually use the corner of my eye to see the pieces but with 4 players that isnt possible.

OMG you know, that Doremy and Wumbo are both top 5 on the puyo puyo tetris leaderboard, they're pretty much the top, since the max you can get is I think 50,000 or 500,000? Something with a 5 and some zeroes thats all I rememebr and Both Doremy and Wumbo have the max so you can say they are both number one, sorry just got hit people with puyo puyo tetris knowledge, in the future people will recall of e legendary Wumbo and Doremy Duo

It’s exactly where the puyos drop from. If the enemy Puyo Puyo player’s X gets covered they’re dead. Vice versa.
