She runs realize! I worked on 1 of these for 6 lobster season great boat to work on.whats in this 1 for an engine? The 1 I was in had a Cat 300 and something HP can't remember right now she would cut Long 18 or 19 knots great boat all around

I'v fished on this boat itself it has a 315hp daewoo and maxes out at 20 knots cruise at 15-16

+Jeff Souza Most of these Lobster boats with a semi displacement hull will go up to about 18 knots, and cruise at about 10 to 12 knots, depending on load, wind, and sea conditions. HP depends on the design of the hull speed. But for this particular boat I guesstimate about 350 - 400 HP. Optimum speed for any hull is when the bow wave equals the stern wave. Hope this helps.

Mazda rx7 that formula is max speed for displacement hulls this is a planning hull.
