I feel like Chiesa is an Arsenal type of signing, especially since they're looking for a RW. On another note, I think there is way less necessity in buying a striker than people think/say. I genuinely think Richarlison, if fit, is in the top... 4 or 5 of Prem strikers, deffo better than Hojlund or Nunez and I would argue he CAN be better than Toney. We might want to buy a backup striker; if so, and if Jonathan David is actually available for 25-30 mil, I'd go for him.

Rennes want 60 for Doue. First bid was for 35. Safe to say Doue isn't going to Bayern cuz they have other priorities (fullback, CB, GK). Only PSG left. But even they have other priorities. Spurs still have a chance.

Milan has Kalulu who can play both on the right and as a centre-back, in the last seasons Pioli used him as centre-back but probably Fonseca is going to use him as right-back and so they're prefering a defender like Pavlovic (they need a left-footed player like many teams). They would have the money to buy both but are also really close to sign Morata and Fofana for a total of other 30/35 milions, so probably Emerson is not a priority anymore

Look life is not straight forward . Dele was a wonderful player when he was on fire sure he’s does not appear to be the player he was but for a reasonable price I would grab him all day long from the player potential to the fact it would make Spurs look good to attempt a rescue .
