IS THE MESSIAH NAME JESUS? NO. When the Messiah walked the earth over 2000 years ago the name Jesus was not in Existence. The Messiah was a Hebrew Israelite from the Tribe of Yahudah; He lived as a Hebrew with a Hebrew Name given to him from Yahuah the father. The name Jesus is English; there is no J or J equivalent in the Hebrew language. Jesus is not the English translation of the Messiah's Hebrew name. Jesus is a name created by men not by the Most High. The Hebrew Messiah name is Yahusha, which means Yahuah’s Salvation or Salvation of Yah, his name tells you whom he is and what his mission is. He is Salvation; the very belief on his true name can get you salvation. Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. John 2:23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Yahusha is the Messiah, the Son of Yah; and that believing ye might have life through his name. John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the sons of Yah, even to them that believe on his name: Acts 3:16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. The name of the Messiah is very important you can't get around it. You have to call upon him by his Yahuah given Hebrew name, as it states in Acts 4:12 no other name can be a substitute, no translation of his name. Only his true name given from Heaven which can be spoken in every language is your key to salvation. There is no need for a translation. Even though Jesus is in the KJV doesn't mean it is not a mistranslation, the name Jesus did not appear in the original 1611 KJV because the letter J was not in wide spread use yet. Many of the newer bibles have corrected that mistake. Some such as "THE SCRIPTURES" use the messiah true Hebrew Name Yahusha. Now Ask Yourself how can Jesus be the True name when it didn't exist until 15-17 centuries after the Messiah earthly mission. As I stated, the Name Jesus was not in existence during ancient times and it wasn't in existence at the translation of the KJV. NOW CAN I STILL USE THE NAME OF JESUS, EVEN IF THE FATHER KNOWS MY HEART? NO, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO WALK IN IGNORANCE AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE TRUTH. Jesus is not the name of the Messiah; you have to call upon the Messiah by his true name. Let me prove this to you. John 3:16 For Yahuah so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. I've heard many people who don't want to use the Messiah Hebrew name use this scripture to justify their actions. Scripture does say whoever believe in the son of Yah shall have everlasting life. But what is that belief based on, what about the Messiah you have to believe. Well the answer is given two verses down in verse 18. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of Yah. Scripture says you are condemned already if you don't believe on the name of the only begotten son of Yah. You have to believe in Yahuah's Salvation Yahusha. Your believe is based on his true name, his name tells us who he is and it lets us know his mission. Jesus is a vain name that means nothing, as you have seen from the previous question, the name Jesus was not in existence when the 1611 KJV translation came about. In ancient times what did they call the Messiah, remember they were Hebrews and they spoke the Hebrew Language, they didn't speak English because English wasn't invented yet. The answer is simple the people of that day called the Messiah by his Hebrew Name. Scripture even shows us that He told the Apostle Paul his name in Hebrew. Acts 26:14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 15 And I said, who art thou, Master? And he said, I am Yahusha whom thou persecutest. Yahusha spoke to Paul in Hebrew and said his name to Paul in the Hebrew tongue, not English or Greek, but Hebrew. Paul was a Greek speaker he knew the Greek language (Acts 21:38), So why didn't Yahusha give him a Greek Translation of his name? Because there is no other name under Heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. A Greek name would be another name, just like an English name is another name. The Messiah name is Yahusha. Lastly if you continue to call on the name of a pagan God, that's what Jesus is he is the Pagan God of the Pagan Religion called Christianity. The scripture clearly lets us know that after we receive the knowledge of the truth and we continue to sin, there remains no more sacrifice for our sins. To answer the question if you can still use the name of Jesus even if the father knows your heart. NO you cannot use that name after you understand it is false. If you are truly seeking truth the father will guide you, he will show you the lie and it's up to you to accept or reject it. If you reject the truth the father knows your heart is full of deceit. He knows all of our hearts; he knows who will accept and who will reject. Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, Shalom.
