The only conclusion I've made from these lodge games is that if you're a winning player at 5NL you can also be a winning player at 20000NL with proper table selection.

There's something fishy going on with your odds calculator. In the first hand, the odds were: Taras (Ad Kh): 20% --- Doug (Ks Jh): 29% --- Tesla (7d 6s): 51% Then Taras folded (nothing else happened or was revealed) and it changed to Doug (Ks Jh): 52% --- Tesla (7d 6s): 48% Taras folding certainly didn't make Tesla LESS likely to win.

Fella, you haven't added it up right and the odds are based on absolute odds calculations vs known cards calculations. Tarras folding makes all the difference. Doug now has 3 Js, 4 9s, 4 As, 3 Ks plus the rare but possible Q 10 turn/river combos to counterfeit. So 16 outs (with 2 chances) plus the Q 10 combo odds. Those odds displayed are perfectly correct on the turn.
