There must be an inner sleeve, I noticed he didn’t pull it out all the way and had to push it in a little as not to reveal the hole is not a circle. You can probably squeeze the outer casing to hold the insert in place while you pull out the hidden most inner part.

Well, some people find dark humor funny ….others not so much (I normally lean towards the direct comedy approach, but sometimes it’s fun to mix it up)
