In Eastern and Cental Europe, Maybach was and is popular with Russian mafia, so nobody sane would buy it. Rolls and Bentley lacks that negative image.

I think you're overestimating the production value Doug wants to put into his videos haha. It's more about the information and quirks then the swooping driving shots and exhaust notes

ansaree97 yea I agree, a few of those shots would be nice. Doug is a one man team though, and the style of his reviews don’t necessitate those types of shots. There are a ton of other review channels that focus on track times and performance that use cranes and helicopters for their shots, but that’s not what Doug does.
