there is actually an anime too ''ezuka Osamu no Kyūyaku Seisho Monogatari'', although that is only an adaptation of the old testament, not the manga or the new testament.

@@Ellisepha The Son is technically the same character though, which I think gives it a pass. Definitely odd, so I understand your complaint, but the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are just different parts of the same person canonically.

It's in 6 parts. I'm reading part 3 right now, covering the aftermath of the Crucifixion. (Deeds of the Apostles, Saul getting converted) If it wasn't for the ad in the back of it, I wouldn't have known that two others exist in my language. The final part was translated into English way after, so it's not translated into my language. I might need to look online for that one to complete the series.

The education system should exclusively teach kids via rad comics. All you need for American history is Bicentennial Battles, where Captain America goes back in time throughout american history to learn a lesson.

@@CatholicWeeb It's strangely equally wholesome, funny and insane that despite the Church's past... misdeeds to say the least, we Catholics ended up becoming perhaps the most laid-back and tolerant out of all of the mainstream international churches in the modern day. You wanna do a Bible manga? Sure, go ahead. Your dad was an atheist, but you are not, and you're wondering what happens to him after death? He allowed you to be religious, so sure, he's in Heaven too. Makes me feel kinda happy that my Westphalian Catholic ancestors stuck with Catholicism even after the Reformation.

@@witherblaze from what I remember (I was 7 when I had these) they where actually pretty decent and the art on them was actually quite good (it has that old manga art style), also it was pretty graphic and it didn't hold back in any of the more gory scenes. Also if I remember correctly my favorite one was the second manga that told the story of Moses and then David and I visibly remember a scene of a prince getting his head ripped off during a war and his father killing himself by stabbing himself with his sword though his guts, little me though that was the coolest shit.

When Muhammad made that anime of the original Bible manga I was so excited. although some original Bible fans don’t like its changes and think it’s non canon despite Muhammad saying the Anime was written by the original creator of the Manga. Also you heard of this fan animation of the Bible manga called “the Book of Mormon” it’s become very popular in a part of the fandom

Manga Messiah is actually just part of the New Testament, and it's in 5 parts. I'm actually reading part 3 right now, covering the Deeds of the Apostles after the Cruxifiction, and the conversion of Paul, among other things.

Oh it's the Messiah story... The Prequels were much better, The Exodus Arc and the Flood Arc are still peak fiction imho. Although the Abraham Slice-Of-Life spin-off was pretty good.
