Warm water - 200 g
Dry fast-acting yeast - 10 g (or 30 g of live yeast)
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1-3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Water very hot - 200 g
Flour - 550-650 g
1. Add yeast to warm water. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Flash into a bowl 3 tbsp. spoons of flour, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Pour in boiling water, stir. Wait a few minutes until the mass has cooled to a very warm state, because the yeast does not like hot. Add water with yeast. Gradually add flour. Knead the dough until smooth. Put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.
3. The dough is ready. Then it can be used for any baking.
