Doune hosts the latest rounds of the 2023 British Hillclimb Championship. This weekend BOTH Saturday and Sunday will see competition runs. The highlights will be a Top 12 Run Off at the end of each day where the fastest drivers go all out for crucial British Hillclimb Championship points.
Doune, known as the King of the Hills , is located just outside Stirling in Scotland.

Hello Hillclimb TV...thank you for the perfect transmission again...I have the direct comparison to the German Hauenstein hillclimb race at the same time...we don't even broadcast the live times live, let alone live pictures... .And what are you doing ? Dozens of cameras along the route and in the paddock, perfect directing...perfect comments...sector times and everything in real time...!madness...we are a developing country in Germany...sad...greetings to everyone involved at this event ...and have fun...

Thank you for your kind words. We are a small team, two people, trying to get more people interested in the sport. We treat this as our hobby. There isn't really any money in the sport, and from the hillclimb masters I think there is probably more in Germany. Comments from people enjoying the coverage really help our motivation, so thank you!

A yank here, absolutely love your coverage of hillclimbs! I live literally next to Laguna Seca Raceway in MONTEREY CA but love watching this sport even more than local racing. Thank you for the introduction to the sport.

Thank you. Positioning cameras a Loton is a bit tricky as it is very open, there is little armco to place them behind. I'd like to do a better nob of showing the speed there. As for sound, I thought Loton would be better so it is interesting what you say, and I'll have another listen back.
