Rather than waiting to use up the old one just buy the dark one and mix them. I have both so I can customize to needs, working well so far!

@@ScarLett-fq8eb I prefer using the bondi sands gradual tanning milk now xx I wouldn’t use it every day though I only use it 2/3 times a week so it doesn’t get thick

I find that the longer you leave it on Eg. 2 days It’ll get darker do you don’t have to apply every day. Save more product so try shower after 2 days up to you though :)

Never thought of that. I have actually been using the dark version and love it so much more. I’m just using up the medium on my legs and parts you don’t really see 😂 xxx

Every time I apply it on my legs... on my shins it gets a bit patchy . I’m not sure how to help that problem ? Overall I love it

oooo iv never heard of that before. iv heard of people having patchy knees or elbows but not shins. maybe your clothes or bed sheets are rubbing in that area while its developing? xxx

After any tanning lotion just apply a regular lotion and it evens everything out.

You could use a tanning mit which would work. I often do it after I get out of the shower so I use my hands and then wipe them down straight after with the wettest part of my towel or use a baby wipe 🥰 xxx

Im pale ivory foundation is too dark for me 😂i use the medium to dark in this one coat and i have a really dark nice tan without the stress of tan hands dark knees and elbows lol is great streak free and its a nice colour

so is it good to use on face? i’m also too pale for foundation, but scared to use the tan on my face incase of breakout’s, do you mix it with your moisturiser?

@@SMx282 you can use it on your face but I get tanning drops that I mix in with my usual face cream to make sure I don't get break outs

Does it stain your clothes?? I’m planning on wearing a white dress after and I’m scared of it staining

Iv not had any issues with it staining. I mist be honest though, I don’t wear a lot of white on it’s own but Iv noticed if it wears off on my bras, it has washed off without any staining xxx

I use this all the time and I always let it develop of one day and one night and then I always shower and wash it off before I go out (before you put on your white dress). Then you should be left with a nice tan xx

You can buy special tanning sticks for your back. Bondi sands have one called a back applicator. Iv never tried it but I’m sure this would help. I always have a patch in the middle of my back that I just can’t get too. Not too bad in the winter but not good in the summer 😂 xxx

Okay but I find gradual tan goes so patchy and it’s so annoying cuz I prefer self tan to fake tan cuz it’s easy any tips xx

Giving your skin a good exfoliate before you do any kind of tan really helps. You can buy special mitts or scrubs but making sure you remove dry and dead skin really works wonders. Just don’t scrub too hard to where your hurt your skin. Also maintaining your tan by exfoliating a few days after you’ve applied your tan helps aswell. I normally exfoliate after about 3 days of doing any tan. Just lightly so your not actually scrubbing off your tan but enough to remove any new dead skin and keep your tan looking even. After doing this, I would normally add another layer of tan on and it comes out great. I hope this helps xxx

Thank you and it’s not a sunscreen or anything like that. It’s just a tinted moisturiser so it develops on its own over a few hours. No sun needed xxx

I’ve just applied this dove one in medium dark. I do like two layers tonight. And quite a bit not a little bit. I like to tan only one to 2 days to get a dark tan. It’s easy to rub in I’ll see how it is tomorrow as I prefer clear gradual lotions. I have palmers coconut bronze but it’s too runny so I’ll see how this dove one is. I’m always looking for the darkest and easiest gradual tan :) I hate mousse tans lol

not straight away. if you are scrubbing every time you shower then it would come off quick but just washing with shower gel doesn't remove it in one wash. it just removes it gradually. I like to apply it after I get out of the shower on a evening and build the colour up over a few days xxx

Thank you. When you first apply the tinted moisturiser, you don’t look any different in colour but after a few hours, the colour starts to show on your skin. I’m not sure how many hours though. At the moment I put mine on before bed and then shower in the morning when I wake and I still have colour and then I might even do a second layer the night after and i get a lovely light tanned look. Hope this helps. Just remember to wipe the palms of your hands down after you’ve applied or they will turn orange lol xxx
