I can also downgrade to stable version of macOS if I turn off beta updates from system settings and wait till stable version is released right? pls do let me know

What did it say before you clicked on Download through internet recovery? Did say macOS Sequoia or something else? If it is stuck on Sequoia then I would recommend you try other method.

I followed the 3rd method. It tells me it will take 13 hours to complete. So after 13 hours MacOS Sonoma will activate properly without any problem?

It takes around 40 mins to get installed and installation also depends on the mac you are installing macOS

It's showing 3 and 30 minutes to complete in the third method (ie, the internet recovery). Is it really take that much time?

30 min is the approximate time. And the time also depends on your internet speed.

@@iGeeksBlog It's all set. thank you for sharing the info, this saved my yesterday's editing work. Both Photoshop and Lightroom were crashing after installing Sequoia beta. No more beta installations 😁

That is why it is advised to back up your data manually.

Another reason people need this: Apple supports wont help me while im on the beta.. (having a speaker issue where it make a popping noise)

The noise you are talking about occurs on a specific app or in general as in always when you try to play something.

@@iGeeksBlog anything with sound. sometime when i start/end anything with audio it makes a tiny pop noise. (same noise you hear when u plug a audio jack into speakers when they are on) (15" M2 16GB 256 1 month 7 days old apple refurb purchase.)
