On the stadium roof.
I get a tour of all of the restricted access areas of BC Place Stadium, including access to the roof and the rafters up in the ceiling. This video shows you the views of the stadium and the city that you'll never be able to see, including looking down on the field from 200 feet above, as well as a view of False Creek and Science world from the roof of the building. I walk you through the whole building with commentary from the Director of Facility Operations himself, Brian Griffin.

BC Place Stadium is home to the BC Lions (CFL football) as well as the Vancouver Whitecaps (MLS Soccer). This Stadium was renovated in 2011 with an improved convertible roof. Brian does a great job of explaining how it opens and closes while getting us as close as possible. The fabric of the portion of the roof that opens is called Tanara and is created by Gortex. Watch the video for more interesting bits of information on this impressive building.
