Hello, if we have booked a flight online, is it possible to check-in by the Wizzair app? Also, should we print the boarding pass if we have checked-in online and we have downloaded the boarding pass in pdf on our phone? According to your website printing is not needed only for check-in by the app.

Good afternoon, due to cancellation of flight n.2436 Kazan-Budapest-Kazan (dates: 26.04.2022 and 14.05.2022) I claimed a refund to the same payment card (Mastercard) that I used for the original payment. Mastercard now stopped operating in Russia. Please let me know how will I get the refund in this case? And when?

Don't be fooled by what is said here, I bought it since I thought it was a cheap ticket, but they changed the flight date 3 times and I've been trying to get a refund for 4 months now. I still have not received my refund, they will not give it, scammers!

Hi! Please try using a different device. We'd suggest to use a computer or laptop with the newest version of Google Chrome browser as the site is optimalized to that. You can also try clearing your browser history and cookies as those might also affect the website. Thank you

Dear WizzAir management, I was so happy when #WizzAir came to Ukraine. I am also grateful for all the support to Ukraine. Nevertheless, I am also wondering how is it possible to help Ukraine and at the same time sell plane tickets in russia in 2022???? So, since 24.02.2022 russia is attacking Ukraine, Ukrainian airspace is dangerous, hundreds of people are scared to death on the Western border and everywhere in Ukraine. Some people are trying to reach foreign countries and simultaneously your company is serving russians, those who are proud of “z” symbol. By doing that you help putin’s regime to buy more tanks, guns and missiles. Don't help the aggressor to keep killing Ukrainians. Take a bold step! For accessing your call center, we are provided, as paying customers, with a PREMIUM NUMBER, charged at 1.00 Euro/minute + VAT, and we have to wait in line for the call to be picked-up by a Wizz Air reprezentative for 14 MINUTES!?!
