i remember in the early 2000s when satellite technology was starting to be open to the public people would say military would be able to see your license plate all the way from space. well its 2023 and cars and trucks are blurry when zoomed in.

You can not obtain high-resolution imagery of 0.3 m for free. The best you can find on USGS is 10 m sentinel imagery - usually for well-developed areas. I stand to be corrected though as other data sets may provide a better resolution - however, for well leading countries like the USA, Germany, and Russia. Other than that, Sentinel and Landsat will be your best take.

South America and Africa have CBERS4 with 5m of spatial resolution (pan).

this is killing me... o.m.g thank you, having trouble to very lot of data type variation in earth explorer, I struggled to find the image data similar to 'google earth' look a like, I'd been following plenty of tutorial on yutube using many landsat data just to knowing how to make this kind of imagery output... screw me.. 😅 thank you

i suppose .3 meter is a resolution that let you actually see a detail clearly in focus of 30x30 centimeters, that, for you non metric guys, is about 1 foot square...this is a detail of a football field

Certain governments undoubtably have areas of interest under satellite surveillance for long periods of time. If you're attempting to track your stolen vehicle, I'd investigate gangs who deal in auto parts. Sorry for your loss. You could also try dowsing.

You can use Google time lapse to view such transformations... But before using them you better talk to your professors.. cause that may cause some serious copyright problem.. earthengine.google.com/timelapse/

This free high resolution ortho imageries are available only for a few countries.... India I think is not included in that list
