I fail to see the reasoning of two way streets making it easier for people to notice businesses and street level retail….when there are no businesses or street level retail….

So all the homeless are not the problem, one way streets are

Now the out of towners will stop going down the one ways

Need to make all of them two way

All the times I've decided not to go downtown it wasn't bc of the direction of the streets.
