Anyway, just know that those who truly WATCHED the show on TV and not on the internet will definitely see the awesome, beautiful side of Doyin and love you GENUINELY for who you are and that is a strong-willed, straightforward, honest, intelligent, sweet human who stands up for what is RIGHT at ALLLLLLLLL TIMES and who will say the TRITH even when no one else will. They h@ted you for that cos they expected you to suck up to them and kiss thier feet but that can never be Doyin. I also like how you don't look down on people. When no one wanted to be friends with Baye cos they felt she wasn't thier standard, you chose Baye as your bestie and protected and defended her until she hurt you really badly because she wanted to be with the "IT girls" who till they realised she is strong looked down on her. Doyin is book smart and eloquent but she needs to be more self aware. Emotional intelligence and emotional maturity is something she really needs. Being sensitive to people's emotions is key. She should stop trying to be the smartest in the room, she can try being the most willing to learn and unlearn , the most open or the most curious. There is a tin line between confidence and arrogance. There is also a difference between confidence and over confidence. Over confidence makes you lack respect for boundaries. She has to also leaen to choose her battles wisely. All the best......

You are soo right! Exactly my thoughts. I like Doyin a lot and she is quite graceful when she steps out. However, she has not learnt how to have grace in informal communication especially with men and that makes her come off as crass in these situations. I saw myself in her as a very opinionated and intelligent person myself, but these are things I'm learning and consciously improving upon myself. Well I don't cuss or insult people like she does but when I'm mad I loose all grace and cannot even tell when to walk away because I loose control of my emotions. But I've grown a lot in recent times now to know to pick my battles even when i know I have the capacity to win them. Because the question is at what cost? I hope she learns this early so that it doesn't cost her precious things and people.

If you are not criticized, you are a nobody, if you don't accept critics, then you are not willing to check and balance your life due to pride. My critics are coming from a place of love and not to display hypocrisy ... I learnt a lot from her but the ability not to know when to stop is an issue and I sincerely wish she learns to control that.
