Recipe:
Beans - 500 gr.
Water - 2 liters
Chili pepper - 1 pc.
Bay leaf - 4 pcs.
Onion - 3 pcs.
Celery - 2 pcs.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Garlic - 6 pcs.
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/3 teaspoon
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Parsley - 70 gr.

Great recipe! You don't have to mash your beans, just put in a couple of small peeled potatoes and let them cook with the beans. At the end take out some or all the potatoes and mash them and add back to the pot. You will have a thick sauce and keep all your beans.

The beans need to be soaked first for 8 to 12 hours. But the recipe looks to be very good; lots of onions and garlic makes beans super delicious.

Это готовят на Кавказе и называется" лобио" . Только вместо петрушки кладут кинзу и аджику. Да, вкусно и полезно!!! К ней приготовьте мамалыгу!!! Приятного аппетита!!!

My favorite beans (easy with no extra steps) soak pinto or brown beans, Italian spices, smoked pork. I usually use neck bones. After soaked and cooked, I pull neck bones out of pot and pull meat off bones, put back into beans. Serve with Mexican cornbread that I've added shredded cheese and diced jalepenos.

ლობიოს ერთ-ერთი ვარიანტია. ყველა ქართულ ოჯახში ლობიოს საკუთარი რეცეპტი არსებობს. თანაც არავინ არაფერს ამბობს რომ, ლობიოს უხდება მჟავე. Типичное грузинское лобио. Один из самых простых и ходовых рецептов, безусловно будет вкусно, одно но, не менее важно знать с чем есть лобио, редко, кто говорит о солениях. Ну и есть способ если не полностью, но с большой вероятностью уменьшить музыкальность до минимума.
