At DP World Paramaribo our strategic approached is guided by our sustainability program called ‘Our World, Our Future’. This approach helps us to work in a responsible way that prioritizes sustainability and impact on the people, communities and environment in which we operate.
Through the aligning of our sustainability strategy with 7 SDGs in 2022, we managed to execute 19 activities with 46 volunteers with a total of 221 volunteering hours. With this achievement the lives of an estimate of 2575 persons were directly impact by these activities.
In 2023, we will remain committed to the sustainability program, while focusing on three main areas, mainly children , women and education.
We believe in protecting our people and our planet today for a better tomorrow and therefore we will remain commit to adapt world-class safety and environmental standards within our daily work practices.
