This Porsche 356 came in for some major accident repairs which then escalated into a full bare metal repaint - what we found under the paint was not a pleasant sight.
We then went through many hours of metal work to save the panels and shell followed by the filler levelling process and polyester spray filler stages.

I watch a lot of restoration vids, especially body and paint because it's just not my forte, your level of preparation and finish work is some of the most extensive I've seen, the finished product is fantastic. The boys over at Retropower have nothing on you.

Nice one! What’s polyester primer all about? What happened to her hand? I guess new panels would be very expensive if your labour was cheaper to make good? Keep the good work up guys!

Polyester primer is a spray filler - great build for levelling panels and doesn’t shrink 👍🏻 ellis got her hand crushed between 2 cars bless her - previous video shows the damage! New panels would be very expensive and really wanted the shell dipping - you’d then want to refurb all running gear and components while they are off so yes very expensive!

Enjoyable video, high quality work but a little more detail on the metal work would be appreciated. Shame about the music, aggravates us greybeards.

Why does everyone in the UK mispronounce "Porsche" as porch? Even Chris Harris does it.
