Sir in some standard book like kd tripathi is claimed that dpp_4 inhibition can also be caused heart failure such as by saxagliptin ,linagliptin nd some also measure to cause hepatitis by vidagliptin ......then it may be dangerous over the long tim for patients then sir what will be doc for glycemic patients....

Respected Dr. Joshiji, My age 70 and I am taking dpp4 group teneligliption 20 with metformin 500 mg.recently glenmark introduced new drugs in sglt 2 groups name remoglifozin.I will be highly appreciate your advice can I take teneligliptin with dinner and remoglifozine with lunch. Both drugs mechanism are different, so please advise.
