@@Innnnnk several ig lives, some may be found on youtube, he basically explained that the personalities are not just acting, they're him/in him; when Mito comes in f.e, Ian blacks out and has no recollection of what happened

It's kind of funny when reactors know absolutely nothing about DPR Ian lore and start reacting to Dear Insanity MVs because all of these MVs lean a little more on the assumption that we know what it means when the man in black with a milky eye shows up. Or we know the colorful man robbing a bank isn't actually a batman villain robbing a bank but actually manic highs (colorful man) trying to take over Ian's brain (the bank) and the man in black (mito) isn't just a random thing, but the protector or Ian's DID system, but also a representation of lows. You guys know NONE of that so I giggle a little bit when you are just flabbergasted at what your watching lmao

He has bipolar and did so his videos represent that. This is mr insanity and the guy in black is mito 2 of his alternate personalities from the did disorder

All of this in his storyline are the characters that exist in his head. he conveys a representation of how he sees the world in a figurative way. so all the characters are progressively presented in the evolution of the videos. the guy in black is MITO, the Joker guy is Mrs Insanity, he always has pink and green energies, which represent his level of self-control. This is all my understanding of his work.

I could loop his last two albums nonstop and never get bored. I highly recommend listening to both. Not a single track is a skip and each one has layers of interesting choices. My adhd brain loves it lol
