Unquestionably the best DPRK content on the website. And probably the best overall in the English language.

In the Romania of my childhood, the 8th of March, May Day and the 1st of June (International Children's Day) were major celebrations, though only May Day was an official holiday and a day off. I have fond memories of the joy they brought, the feeling that we were part of a much bigger thing than our tiny little selves.

I can't believe the quality of your videos. I've found myself being very curious about north Korean culture, and your channel seems to be the best source of content in that regard!!

how does this british dude know so much about north korea? It's interesting content, and if this is the people's propaganda department, kudos to them for finally figuring out the magic formula, keep it up i guess

They literally have a TV channel that broadcasts everyday they even translate some videos on the official youtube.... The west suppresses anything normal over there to dehumanize them as monsters

He is British dude who work as uk private guide company for traveling in North Korea(weird position indeed). His video is some kind of documentary and also promote his job as guide for tourism like video about hotel and plan trip in various city in nk. I mean it North Korea… not a lot of tourists industrial competition and that make your job a little bit more profit but also not many tourists so make video like this is kind of good thing to do while it not have tourists.and also nk government feel fine about what he doing despite he work independently form nk government but it promote both side so they provide him some information .

I guess it makes sense that it's popular to have weddings on public holidays cuz everyone is off. A video about North Korean wedding customs and traditions would be interesting. If they do honeymoons in their culture itd be cool to see some of the most popular honeymoon spots

9 public holidays in the first half of the year followed by 8 more in the second half. That's 17. WTF does the DPRK has so many holidays ?!!!! That is nearly as many as Malaysia. Still no where close to Nepal though with 36. The world champion. If you work 5 days a week, that's nearly 2 months worth of public holidays every year !

Unfortunately not. But you might enjoy “Little Chinese Everywhere.” She has the best vlogs showing culture. I myself will be moving to China in 1.5 years and I intend to make videos from a similar perspective about China once I’m there. We definitely need more of this kind of content to go around the mainstream media.
