Could easily see him average in around $500 a pair post drop, if he got a good amount of large sizes hes looking at around $500 average net. $1000 per shoe x 1800 pairs - $900k cost = $900K - 37% tax bracket = $567K Of course he wouldve had to sit on nearly a mil of stock for a full year to maximize those gain. 40K total pairs and he took nearly 5% of the stock?

I was the type to always buy AF-1 (2-3 per annum.) and always ridiculed the ridiculous prices I saw people paying for sneakers. I find myself watching so many collectors and Gotsole events to occupy my mind. I also want to become a fairly large wholesaler like this guy. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize there was so much hate for what he does. It’s all clear to me now. I blame Nike directly than these Uber resellers. The business model for Nike has to change where they return to many traditional brick and mortar stores; instead of this DTC (direct to consumers).
