Hi once again everyone ... Special Thanks for Dr Rahman 🙏... loved every second of this video ! Wish the video never ended ... I'm finishing my steps this year and this video will certainly help me out to keep punching no matter what obstacles we r going thru ... This video is so special bc it showed we physicians r humans at the end of the day and takes a special soul to go thru this long journey... Thanks forever to dr Rahman & Match resident, and this video will always be remembered !

Can you elaborate on IMG with current career as a clinical pharmacist seeking residency in anesthesia what are the pros with this background?

You biggest asset will be the networks you have already created. Challenges will be getting clinical experience in anesthesia before applying for residency.

With Step 1 being Pass/Fail, will requirements for Step 2 be higher? Thank you so much for this.

It is likely that Step 2CK will be more closely scrutinized. However, whether or not the requirements will be "higher" is yet to be determined.

I think being an RN first has helped me realize that anesthesia is a team based specialty. It's okay the surgeon gets to be the 'captain'.
