This is so powerful! I found that as I let go of trying, the feelings happened naturally. And, when I was sending energy from my heart, that came more naturally than trying to send energy from my hands. Although, it was as though my body remembered how to do this -- without my mind's help. Our bodies know how to love without help. Lovely! Thank you!
