Dr Aris you are such an amazing gift to us 🙏.I’ve got to go back home …🎼like Bob Andy sang . As children we picked the raw cacao ( chocolate) from the hard shell it was in and ate it just like that ! I really miss my childhood years in St Thomas Jamaica 🇯🇲 ❤🇯🇲

Wow! Was it sweet at all and did you crunch the seeds? I’ve never seen the cacao plant and was told that the seeds needed heavy processing because they were toxic in the raw stage.

Wee man needs to eat food that helps him to chill he appears to have a bit of an aggressive energy, it’s nice when you do see people working with their family, he has no patience and this just put me off, he should enjoy what he is doing and not be in a rush,enjoy doing this and appreciate the lovely woman helping rather than being fake ..
