This video helps in making differential diagnosis of vasculitis in a simplified manner.Takayasu,Giant cell aerteritis,PAN,Wegener's granulomatosis,Churg Strauss syndrome,HSP and microscopic polyangitis.

Whether Hn increase in PAN vasculitis, currently patient have no organ involvement, only hb 16.1 and rbc slightly raised also neutrophil and lymphocytes elevated on regular medication with steroid and emprel

P anca is positive for EGPA and c anca for GPA

Good explanation but I am perplexed because you said that MPA and Churg-Strauss are c-ANCA positive and they are also P-ANCA positive !!! so is it p-ANCA or p-ANCA?
