Just watched him on James Freeman channel where Dr Aseem Malhotra is sharing his horrendous findings about the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Dr Aseem Malhotra who promoted Covid 19 on national TV is calling for immediate suspension of the vaccines, and for good reason. It’s worth it to watch it .❤

Olive oil is invariably used with lemon juice or vinegar. It is fascinating that no one mentions this dietary habit which is prevalent in all Mediterranean cuisines. Ask anyone in the Med to use oil without one of these two acids and they will give you a funny look.

there is a belief in this world that one diet fits all, this cannot be for 1000's of years B4 mass industrial markets were formed people mostly ate local, what ever an area produced The vast majority of people used to eat unprocessed produce This sadly is no longer the case But anything unprocessed is going to be far better than processed

I am an ardent believer in the Higher fat -low carb diet, and it has given me an advantage over what I was. Trying to persuade doctors of what I am doing for myself is like hitting you head against a wall.. I yesterday read an article in the Guardian by Sarah Boseley, she appears to attack you personally for what you, are putting forwards, I was very annoyed when she quoted Experts, and the BHF attacking you. The song of the vested interests are being sung long and loud by them.. I feel they are out to stem the LCHF theory and by attacking you it will stop the others from speaking out.. I think They will be attacking harder soon, and I believe they will try and bring actions against you as happened to Tim Noakes in South Africa , when The establishment was taking action to strike him off for Blasphemy about the gods of low fat and high carbs. Please be careful as you are a prime target for the vested interests , with new labs in Oxford paid for by big Pharma. Thank you for what you are doing to get the message out.

Graham Dawes there was an article in the Spectator by Anthony Snowden which was atrocious. He attacks Mahotra while at the same time admitting he has t done any research and doesn’t know what he is talking about. BBC Good Food GUIde also rubbishes him but o note that this article is written by a British diet Ian. The only health professionals who rubbish L HF diets are dieticians because they are frightened to admit they have been advising their patients incorrectly forever. NB there are a couple of notable exceptions.

Whether Dr Malhotra is selling a book or not is irrelevant in this story. I think he genuinely wants drive a better lifestyle so that people can have a more healthy life. We all know that we need to eat less sugary processed foods. It is obvious. Due to profit margins of large multinationals the base ingredients of the processed foods are so bad that they are poisonous. Make your own food!

HFLC eventually gave me heart palpitations, and diverticulitis. Switched back (by accident) to whole food plant based....felt better in one month. Both conditions reversed and I lost alot more weight. Pls see the new Canadian Food Guide ..... which states that there is no formal requirement for dairy or meat. Many hospitals in North America are now advocating plant based....especially cancer hospitals. Many, many cardiologists are plant based. Very disappointed that a cardiologist would advocate this way of eating.

The Med Diet research is flawed in my opinion as it’s comparing its success against a warped horrible western style diet of processed junk foods. So when compared to huge scale research with scientific unbiased informations, like the China Study the Med Diet isn’t so grand, isn’t so wonderful, it’s certainly much better than most diets folk are choosing in the West, but is it the best? My research following Dr Esselstyn, also a cardiologist, using a whole food plant based diet, with NO OIL, trumps the Med Diet. Results are spectacular. I’d be happy to hear from anyone who has checked this diet out and come to a different conclusion, but Dr Esselstyns results are amazing

Jamer Ruane now you’re talking. All news to me, but I’m unsure about touli? Anyway I thought the China Study zones in on huge data banks of medical stats and connected them to geographical areas where similar diets were established. If what you say is correct why are you so damning in dismissing the entire study as there’s alas a wealth of data supporting his conclusions

Ian Robson I undersand where you are coming from but campbell was biased in other things as well. The highest rates of cancer were found in hugaun cangxi and songxian. These were all in the lower half for animal protien intake. The book dosn't reflect the raw data.

I don't disagree with what I'm sure is some intricate research. However, there is one gaping hole in this solution....we've already fished the seas to the brink of extinction. Fish is something we urgently need to scale back on! Everyone talks about deforestation but the ocean generates 50% of the oxygen we need, absorbs 25% of all carbon dioxide emissions and captures 90% of the excess heat generated by these emissions. It is not just 'the lungs of the planet' but also its largest 'carbon sink' - a vital buffer against the impacts of climate change. We simply cannot keep fishing the way we do. We need to scale back. So sadly, suggesting the UK population all converts to this diet just isn't realistic.

The New England Journal of Medicine who published the Mediterranean Diet Study retracted it in June (2018) because it was flawed. This guy is right to say we should avoid processed food but what is Olive oil? Oils used in cooking are about as processed as you can get. He also talks about industry funded studies - interesting that an Olive Oil company funded the original Mediterranean study... Such a shame as some of what he says is true - lifestyle, avoid processed foods, exercise, too much medical intervention, but the total nonsense he talks about saturated fats and cholesterol not being related to heart disease, diabetes and other illnesses is plain wrong and confuses people. We must do our own research - I don't trust anyone making money out of my health.

basedtom : this is a myth that has been repeatedly debunked. Atkin had a heart infection earlier in his life, which led to cardiomyopathy. He spoke of it quite openly. Many people don’t seem to know the difference between a cardiac infection and a cardiac infarction. Atkins slipped on an icy sidewalk and hit his head. He died of a brain harmorrhage. When he was admitted to hospital, he weighed 195lb, an acceptable weight for a man who was 6’ tall and big-boned. Atkins became very bloated while on life support, due to fluid retention. This is very common. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/9185115/ www.nbcnews.com/id/4332713/ns/dateline_nbc/t/home-dr-atkins/ billingsgazette.com/news/national/atkins-was-overweight-at-death/article_2a5297fe-f37e-5fcc-991c-0ff62333b0e9.html theskepticalcardiologist.com/2016/12/18/what-does-the-death-of-robert-atkins-tell-us-about-the-atkins-diet/
