That's some amazing work. How do you make sure the wick clean off all the excessive solder that was spread on the cpu surface? I was worried that there are still bridges between the pads and the unmasked surfaces

@@RESQREPAIR capacitor inside the cpu is slightly cracked Just drill it reinstall cpu Boom booting would be fine baby❤

Hello Dr. Ben 👋. I see that when you try to boot the phone it goes directly to 200 mAh, something similar to an iPhone 13 which I swapped this week. Is it normal or no, as I know it should start from 20-50 and so on!

it can be much safer if you use toothpicks to not damage the surfce of the CPU. :)

Nice Work! I have recently removed the CPU from an iPhone SE 3rd. gen. But the A15 CPU is different from the iPhone 13 A15 CPU in size. Did anybody know that? So my problem is I can not reball the CPU because the A15 Stencile I have not fit. Anybody can help with this where I can find stencil for SE 3rd. gen A15 CPU???

I have problem with iPhone 12 Pro Max with top Speker not working I change it still the same problem I do the rebaling for the big audio ic u7800 and u8100 all the value is ok but still not working any idea and i know the cpu it’s ok because I do the rebaling 😅
