I had stage 3 CKD, weighed 326, had gout, high blood pressure, chronic pain and was 65 years old. Went full Keto with IF, in less than a year, I lost over 100 pounds, kidney function now normal, off all meds, no chronic pain, no gout for 4 years, feel great and am 70 now.

Singapore… Brief history, I lost my left kidney to renal cell carcinoma, I now suffer from stage 3 CDK, had frozen shoulder on both sides, gout flare ups in both big toes, terrible pain in both heals of my feet, diverticulitis, high blood sugar, dry eyes and multiple skin tags. After 8 month on keto, I went from mid to low level stage 3 CKD, no more diverticulitis flare-ups, go more gout, no more frozen shoulder events, normal blood sugar, dry eyes and foot pain went away, and skin tags have disappeared. I am now KETO/Carnivore for life!

@@Truth15freedom The solfeggio frequencies range from 174 Hz to 963 Hz. Hertz (Hz) represents the smallest unit of frequency, therefore, solfeggio sound patterns encompass 174 to 963 frequency units, forming a melodious spectrum that has been shown to have an impact on wellbeing. 528 Hz is supposed to help with cell renewal and sleep. I believe there are plenty like Dr. Berry. The problem is that they cannot speak up about many things due to they work for a medical corporation that tells them what they can and cannot recommend to their patients. As well as medical and malpractice insurance keeps them from doing what the doctor thinks is best. It is the doctors that are independent that can come forth with the non conventional type medical advise and care.

I think it is especially important to have an extra measure of grace for people who disagree with us about low carb. Remember, they have been lied to for decades by authorities who are using information based on bad science or lies paid for by Big Food. They don't realize that most doctors have little to no training in nutrition. I remember the first time I heard about carnivore a decade ago. I thought it was whack and these people must be nuts. People are skeptical and that is good. Carnivores make some pretty extraordinary claims. That requires some extraordinary evidence. People who have not done a careful review of the science or who have not heard the thousands of testimonials are simply ignorant of the truth about carnivore. Dr. Berry is a hero to me because he works so hard to educate all of us and he does it with patience and understanding. People who are ignorant of the benefits of a proper human diet just need to be educated. They are not the enemy. They are just victims of the nutritional misinformation that permeates our society. As someone who has benefited tremendously from the info provided by Dr. Berry and others, I feel an obligation to share my experience with others who might benefit as well. In the end, we all make our own choices and I respect that.

Very true. Most of the time, when something sounds too good to be true, it is not true. But a keto and carnivore diet work very well to eliminate or reduce the symptoms of many autoimmune diseases and diabetes. Beside, as most physicians who promote this diet say, start slow and slowly increase the amount of fatty meat and seafood in your diet and see how you feel. No one is compelled to stay on the diet if it does not work for them.

I am 63 and 4 months in to Carnivore, with 88 lbs still to lose, but starting to feel relief from 3 years of brain fog, much better energy and stamina. Still have fibromyalgia/inflammation in hands and feet, rest of joints are feeling better, plus, zero allergies this spring. Amazing. I'll be having labs in a couple of months and looking for my A1c to be down from the edge, high blood pressure down, and less pain meds. I want everyone to know about carnivore but I sure get a lot of pushback, even from my pre-med daughter who has watched what I'm doing but has already absorbed the standard dietitians directions from college professors. At least she no longer is flirting with vegetarianism. I have faith I will feel fabulous again and just keep enjoying eating the food I love. Grateful. Eat more fat, a lot more fat! Get some Lugol's iodine (5%) and take it daily. Your thyroid and adrenals are almost certainly not working correctly but you can reverse your conditions. Find a naturopathic doctor who understands the importance of fixing root causes, not "monitoring" something clearly wrong until they can recommend removing an organ. Good luck!

I'm 65 and I'm part of Dr. Berry's Carnivore group. I have come back from massive inflammation. Diagnosed with cancer, Covid Longhaulers in the ER. Went to keto first, clean keto. No grains, oils, processed faux foods, no alcohol, no suger, no fruit. Went to carnivore and high fat at the 5 months mark. I had to drop dairy before my terrible joint and muscle pain finally backed off. I still use butter and ghee. I never ever thought my lifetime miserable allergies would disappear. Off all my meds for a year now, except for my Armour thyroid which has been reduced 50%. I ate as much meat as I could stuff in in one or two meals a day. Starting walking and slowly built up from 50 feet to 8 miles of rough trails. Beef, butter, bacon and egg yolks. Stay the course!

He is one of the good one, for sure! Just wanted to share that as a good thought.

I have to disagree. Some people simply have issues with anger control or they cannot cope with patients that do not listen to them. Yes, they may be brainwashed, but not all brainwashed physicians have anger control issues. And some decent doctors who care about their patients will not be happy if they are convinced that the keto diet is not healthy.

I’m interested in knowing if you have had many folks respond to your appeal to viewers about improvements in their asthmatic conditions on keto/carnivore. I’m planting seeds for research with a few of my friends who have ties to those who make the clinical practice guidelines for asthma treatment. I think lung inflammation can definitely be impacted by a clean diet. Thanks! I’m a retired Respiratory Care instructor

The first clue of what not to buy in the grocery store that isn’t in the meat, dairy or produce sections is anything with the word “KETO” on the label. Stay in the 3 sections I mentioned and you’re good. Of course always read the ingredients of everything you buy. They love sneaking in sugar and other crap in under new names.

I am in Los Angeles County, City of Santa Monica by the Sea ❤ I've become carnivore and LOVING IT.. It's true, if you eat higher fats you crave less sugars!! Today I cooked up 1lb of ground sirloin and made into meatballs today.. omg they were really great & I'm gonna start making them as snacks ..like bacon chips and fried cheese patties

How do make fried cheese patties? All I get is melted cheese in a glob.
@Zanniroxwell
@Zanniroxwell Жыл бұрын
@@nancyhoskins197 take about 4 slices make sure pan is oiled well w/ olive oil or something healthy and I use cast iron.. not sure if makes a big difference.. anyways, get pan nice & hot, drop 4 slices stacked on top of one another. Once it starts crackling go ahead and turn down the stove to med low heat. Let that cook for a bit, but keep an eye on it.. LET IT BROWN on the edges before flipping.. you may have to turn the pan to make sure oil distributed even as it cooks and to make sure the edges are all getting golden.. don't be impatient! You gotta let it harden and brown a bit so med. low heat and let it cook. Like when you fry potatoes.. you put it on low & do something else for a bit so you're not tempted to flip too early. You can even turn it off if it's cast iron pan because it keeps cooking for a bit before it cools. Then, start getting the pan hot again right before you flip.Then flip! Do same w/ other side. BEST WISHES FOR YOUR SUCCESS AS IT IS DELISH AND CRUNCHY :)

I missed the live but I’ve got a friend who had had health problems for years! The latest is: We would like prayers for my wife Donna. She just had an bad issue with a UTI infection and is on antibiotics. At the same time she’s dealing with a condition called Temporal Arteritis which causes pain to run down the side of your face and neck/ arm. It can have some serious health problems, which she’s being treated. Thank you for the prayers and please continue to keep her in your prayers as she struggles with many health issues. ❤️U All 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Before this she has been treated where they take a fecal sample, medicate it and re-insert it. She’s been septic, she’s an absolute miracle (to be alive). I shared this Q&A with her husband. I hope they will consider PHD.
