Madam outer fibroid ke karan diaphram ke upper side lt or rt side pain hota hai kya...har baar periods ke pehle..or after period pain nahi hota..ye kya symptom hai..sever pain in mid back region before period..pls adv ..kai dr se consult kiya..but ve sunte nahi hai problem ko..🙏
