c-19 WAS FEAR, SADLY. ONCE ppl looked out saw no changed ~nothing, realized God did not do this! evil did. So then our Guardian Angels spoke " Shake it off, shake off the fear...Look to the cross, " Hold On....Move onward and forward. Excellent work Dr. Pietre. Thank you!

What is the name of the book please Dr. Petrie? I do like this video a lot I left the Catholic Church when I was 17 now almost 74 I stuck my head in to Novus Ordo now and again but, couldn't tolerate it Priests are ignorant of Scripture Hirelings I guess.

I am sorry about this late comment being 8 months old but when I got to the 20:47 mark of this discussion I was awestruck as to how a catholic who is dominated by sin should seek help. I agree people, advisors or close Christian friends can help pry for you, But it is the work of the BLOOD and the CROSS of Jesus Christ which changes you interiorly. Catholics need to preach the application of the work of the cross in our lives so we can grow in virtue. Virtue, I agree is important. But knowing Christ and His work on the Cross for us is #1, the rest of a Christians life will be led by the Holy Spirit, closer and closer to God.

Depression is clinically diagnosed by psychologist and maybe a result of a chemical imbalance in the brain it goes far beyond a self inflicted sin such as sorrow you are not in a state of sin if this is the case seek professional help and good pastoral help that is sensitive to real world realities.

I thought Yoga is a pagan practice??? Also, we really need to be careful when we use pope Francis as a source of information & one to follow. Considering he has denied being the Vicar of Christ, he has committed Idolatry with pachamma worship & he is in full support of LGBT & receiving communion knowing the person supports & condones Abortion.

Pope Francis DID NOT worship a pachamama idol. He accepted one as a gift, but it must be remembered in Latin America a pachamama image is often used to represent Our Lady of the Amazon [source Wikipedia] Also the Great Saint JPII recognised this when he visited Peru and Bolivia in 1985 [also from same article on pachamama in Wikipedia]. I have not heard that he denied being Vicar of Christ, but no doubt this is a quote out of context. Also he DOES NOT support LGBT 'equality' and certainly not same sex 'marriage'. He in fact ruled that the Church cannot and will not bless sinful unions. He merely said that we should not ostracise LBGT people in our families and communities. He did not personally give Holy Communion to Pelosi and the priest who did probably had invincible ignorance of who she was. He has spoken against abortion on numerous occasions. He has met Biden, Pelosi and other pro-abortion politicians, but previous Popes including Paul VI and JPII have met politicians who they had differences of opinion with on this or other issues..

I was raised Catholic and Jesuit and highly respect Dr Pitre and certain Jesuit, Dominican, Capuchin/Trappist points-of-view, however, in general, and having personally spoken with Vatican "experts" will demean, repudiate and demonize ALL eastern spiritual tradition and practices of holiness WHO KNOW ABSOLUTELY ZERO, ARE TOTALLY IGNORANT of what they speak, ZERO KNOWLEDGE/STUDY of texts, culture, history, tradition, context, which is precisely what people and corporations do to circle the wagons in their arrogance, pride and pharisaic entitlement, to slander, silence and disappear their critics, to hide the dead bodies and trot out "experts" to defend their stupidity and enslavement to encrustations of dogma, ritual, tradition dimming and even extinguishing The Holy Spirit Fire Of The Whole Truth & Freedom In Jesus Christ...like today's Woke Cultural Marxists. Just reading about Jesus and what he teaches does not change a person . What you are teaching is one has to do everything in a self-willed manner , it will never work . Also since you catholics believe in 2 different sins is really pathetic . If you do not repent of your sins and be Born Again filled with the Holy Spirit you are spinning your weel's . We are born again since baptism. These gentlemen have been Baptized and Confirmed. The Catechism of the Catholic Church says Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit (vitae spiritualis ianua) , and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: "Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word. The sacrament of Confirmation is the special outpouring of the Holy Spirit as once granted to the apostles on the day of Pentecost... Recall then that you have received the spiritual seal, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of right judgment and courage, the spirit of knowledge and reverence, the spirit of holy fear in God's presence. Guard what you have received. God the Father has marked you with his sign; Christ the Lord has confirmed you and has placed his pledge, the Spirit, in your hearts. Do not worry, we are filled with the Holy Spirit.
