Radical Love is love that goes beyond orientation, status, color or any other "barrier" given by the world that can used as grounds for separation. In this powerful sermon preached on the campus of Howard University, Dr. West encourages us to live lives of transformative love, justice, and patience.

Hello, my friend I was thinking Dr. West meant non-conformity takes courage as opposed to the comfort of group think which requires little courage.

Honor him while he is in our mist. A prophetic elder [not unlike Chomsky and other] raised in and yet sent to America to remind her of love and justice. Honor men of that sort.

This man spoke so truthfully about US as a PEOPLE! ALL races,not just blacks…because the blood is one color! We as a people of AMERICA must see what’s happening in our neighborhoods,Schools grocery stores,families churches,work place,musical industries,homosexuality politicians..etc. Have the courage to speak out/up for a positive difference to someone if not yourself in order to change and or serve those that we need to be serving. Suffering the consequences that may follow! Jesus did it for us…now we need to do it for each other! This nation has become lovers of themselves…GREED! Selling their souls for the dollars! Our ancestors aren’t too happy of the disrespect that’s shown by some of us. Let’s lead these young children into SUCCESS…RIGHTEOUSLY!!! God BLESS you Mr.West 🙏

It would be great if Dr. West can see that attachment to narrow identities is the problem. Why does he attack attachment to white identity while clinging to black Baptist identity? Can any narrow identity bring about a blissful society?
