Edit: those of you that are getting panic attacks while smoking weed it’s because you are smoking the wrong kind. If I smoke Sativa I get panic attacks too so I switched to indica only and have been a happy smoker here in Colorado for years! Stay away from Sativa and ask only for Indica!! Indica will relax that anxiety, it will help you sleep, and for me it’s helped my depression!

I can relate to the anxiety attacks. I can remember having them as early as 9 years old and still get them at the age of 43. I have my ways to get through it without drugs and I used to get thru it with alcohol a lot of alcohol but I've quit drinking for a couple years now thank God. I still have panic attacks but i deal with it more healthy

Rob,I have the exact same thing.Falling asleep and waking gasping for air,I too was a benzo head for 17 yrs and am now clean since October 2016 and every doctor I ask has related back to the benzo abuse and how my brain acts when I'm really tired.The key point is not waiting till your over tired to go to bed.Set a routine for bedtime,i.e. up at the same time,bed at the same time and it actually works .Hope this helps you mate.

I listen to this Podcast because of Kassem, I enjoy his comedy style... I like how he adds comedy to serious topics. I slowly started liking Jamie and Rob, they both seem like hustlers trying to better themselves. But they are constantly downplaying kassems jokes and turning the conversation serious and into themselves... Even if you are a soprano fan, Rob talking about his drug addiction and Jamie about her kids, MS and husband is going to become boring after a while... Big podcasts in youtube like the H3 one talk about serious and not so serious issues while asking their guests how they clean their butt... its entertaining to learn points of views about weird random topics, and sometimes Kassem tries to do this but the conversation is quickly draged away by Rob into his past or by Jamie into her life as a mom. I know this comment is long af, but im very happy that Kassem is back and I want to support this podcast. If it keeps becoming so serious with no space for Kassem comedy the listeners that came here firstly because of him will start to get bored. With love and really hoping for you guys to have a very succesfull podcast ♡

And Jamie I really recommend a low-dose mushroom trip for trauma, feelings of depression and even guilt just the places you'll go to, can be priceless a lens to see through that can really put things into perspective I'm speaking from personal experience anyway. Hope all is well with all of you.

I hate seeing that sign "don't confuse you're google search with my doctors degree" When every doctor I've seen since leaving my home town has had to google my bone disorder (osteogenesis imperfecta) because they've never heard of it, then i have to school them on it after they've miss judged me for some one who wants pain meds. I want a sign that say's "don't confuse my tattoos for drug addiction" when i go to a doctor.
