The year was 1999 and I memorized the entire speech perfectly, even all the nuances and pauses. I was in the US Marines and a couple guys knew I could do it. So there ended up being a situation later in front of a group of 500 Marines where I was egged on to do it. And I nailed it. It was my moment. All 500 were rolling. Lol

I remember this movie absolutely sucking the first time I watched it. So many of the jokes and gags fell flat. Then it was on relentlessly on my college local access channel and I watched it a few more times. Then a few more and probably 10 more times after that. It just got better and better and better every time. Scenes like this are seared in to my brain. I could basically recite Dr. Evil's speech by memory even though I haven't watched this scene in decades. Such a hilarious scene.
