In honor and respect to our freedom fighters like Douglas and Tubman, the form of slavery of THAT time was abolished. But the fundamental concept of slavery can never be abolished. As long as white supremacy, overt capitalism, and rogue politicians rule the land, SLAVERY will remain. Black economics IS part of the solution, but without BLACK LOVE and the collective rebuild of the black family, MONEY alone flames out!! When we die, the money STAYS here! THEN what?! TRUTH BE TOLD!!

b pavilion Undo certain images for more optimistic one. When l see black men running up and down a basketball court (NBA) I realize how marginal that makes them. (One of the many devices used to freeze and lock you in a permanent position.) Any other profession allows one to move up through the ranks to play a higher more active descision making role. In the army you can go from private to sargeant to higher positions with increasing responsibilities. Aside from money , from my. perspective atheletes are on the same level as a bear or. an elephant performing circus tricks.

Yea I watched video on youtube. I cant remember the name if it but whites studied the black family movements because they said we go and do things and make decisions as a unit but that's how us brothers and sisters ended up shopping at their stores because they watched our behaviors...spending, the brands etc. So we allowed to shop at their stores to keep rich but they still didn't like us and note this was done so we couldn't get our own black stores (a black wall street)

The Moynihan report is rather misleading. In that same report, it opined that Black women dominated within families. The truth is rather misleading. Out of wedlock births, is NOT the source of the problem; the fact that head of households tend to be unemployed or underemployed IS the problem. If "out of wedlock births" were indeed the problem, then all that would be needed to resolve the problem is mass weddings like the Rev. Sun Myung Moon and his church held. What good is a marriage license, when both partners are unemployed and broke? As for the Black church, I've grown weary of us depending on the church to achieve progress. Last I looked, banks, construction companies and other institutions of capitalism were SECULAR. With all of the churches you can find in the Black community, one would think that Black folks are either really rich or really pious. The church SHOULD NOT be the center of economic activity of the community; it should be an adjunct SUPPORTED by the community. When you walk through a white neighborhood, you see plenty of businesses, a couple of banks and one house of worship. That's because, white people build the business, bank the proceeds and thank the Lord for their good fortune. Walk through a Black neighborhood, you see a church on every corner but no businesses or any banks. That's because we build churches and pray to the Lord for deliverance. We have bought into the Eurocentric siren song of "integration". Problem is: white people don't want to integrate with us. Integration takes place between two equals; both in power and in outlook. We neither have power or the same outlook. We have sacrificed self development for the empty promise of "integration". We should be seeking power and self determination. That we have not done so has left us vulnerable as a people both economically and physically-I don't put it past white people to enact genocidal policies against us. History is respite with tales of brutality, betrayal and exploitation. I hold no illusions about white people and how they act in a group when they think they are threatened with competition.

It’s very hopeful to hear someone not just talk about the problems in our communities but developed a vision to be part of the solution using principles of business driven by principles of faith. What else do we have as a potential family but the black church? Join a gang, fraternity or sorority etc, that is looking for loyalty to their brand, or the kindergarten black church, that will nurture you for a while, but like many families of the world, does not allow you to learn who the True and Living God is. This God chooses His people and teaches them through the power of His Holy Spirit to lead and guide you into ALL truth not just Worley truth, that has its pace in the race of life, but not the foundation that will lead to, what all people are hoping for eternal life. This is not a people thing but a chosen thing. The chosen of the True and Living God, know His voice at all times, and a strange voice, no matter how eloquent, beautiful, educated or undereducated they, are will be unable to deceive them. Wealth and health has its place in the material world of humanity, but humanity will not enter in the kingdom of the True and Living God. If wealth and health and learning was the way, I would be joining every Trump rally, Jewish synagogue, Muslim mosque, Chinese, Indian and Russian striving for their share of the earth goods, etc. But with all these ambitious striving for world dominance by the afore mentioned nations, it will lead them all to the "Valley of decision" and a reprobate heart, that only the appearance of the True and Living God Himself, will keep humanity from destroying themselves. Being deceived by he that was, is and is not, the Devil that old serpent, who has been humanity's accuser since their fall. The Devil hates us because humanity is man in the image of The True and Living God able to choose our way back to Garden we was deceived out of by choosing God!s laws, that is plainly written in our hearts, over Lucifers, deception of material lust framed in worldly success. Lucifer made his choice in the heavens by fighting a war he could not win, and chance for eternal life, that he wanted by his own means of light, a light that STEM from his Narcissistic behavior of loving himself more than the author who perfected his light. That light of Lucifer now shines deeply in the minds of humanity, and stamped pridefully of the flesh of humanity. The True and Living God is calling for His people to " come out from Her my people, and do not be a partaker of her lust of her eyes, flesh, and Her PRIDE of life. Her PRIDE of Babylon, and sins of Egypt are ready to be harvest with the blood of Her unrighteousness. "look up, my chosen, your redemption is here". Prepare for wedding feast with the Lord of Life. "The Tower of Babel has been rebuilt, for I Am using Her universal language to speak to my chosen now"🌅✝️🤔

The one simple little secret we all need to learn to act on is this: "To remove toxic people & blood suckers from our lives." These are people who drain you of your time, energy, & patience. Most of them are family, but plenty of them are also bad friends. Relationships are everything, especially our relationship with our Most High Creator. Having an intimate relationship with Him will only cause us to rise high & higher still, or the lack of a relationship with Him will definitely result in death. We need to understand who is with us & who is not. Otherwise, we will go down & never come up, and we will never get to where we are suppose to go. Heaven is our home, but we must learn how to get there here on earth. The prudence of this brother is rich, great, & powerful!

I grew up in the black church. Yes the black church is a very important part of this economical problem. And yes they're very out spoken. But mostly about building their vision and leveraging off others to achieve that vision. "Building bigger buildings". To most of the congregations it sounds like kingdom building but it is simply real estate while building wealth for their families and love ones, while many others in the church struggle to pay tithe, offerings ect. don't even have a mortgage. Now some followers of this system will not like this but yet the reality is that they themselves are part of a growing mega movement and blinded by the illusion that's preventing the solution.

Your experience is a truth. No excuses will be offered for those of us conditioned to fail and unable to grasp basic work ethics. Appreciate your efforts in your attempts to employ within the community. Maybe try a little mentoring before employing. Just a suggestion. I have a small business and want to create jobs as well. 350-400 years of Jim Crow/Willie Lynch science and conditioning isn't easy to erase. Especially with the barage of information promoting inappropriate behavior, disguising supremacy and distracting ppl these days. Getting ppl's minds right will require some patience and damn near a superpower. Not impossible but requires some patience. We all need to remind ourselves not to give up on our ppl. Other ethnicities have NOT endured what we have on US soil. Nothing against their struggles or progress. Many are good folks, I'm a witness. You're obviously part of the solution and recognize excellence should be the standard. Know that you're not alone. Peace

We in the black community do not have an economic system nor do we have rule of law and governance. It’s not our fault. What is our fault? 1. Seeking acceptance in a system not designed to include us. 2. Never attempting to break the slave mentality 3. Allowing others to infiltrate our minds, our goals, our plans. 4. Being afraid to compete mentally with whites. 5. Doing everything possible to avoid fighting back with our minds, yet, will fight our own physically. THIS IS A SLAVE MENTALITY!!!

Love your speech; but if we have to believe in the black church; and without the leader of the black church being repentant, ain't nothing happening.

The r word thins the crowd every time. No repentance means it's your problem, and that God is stile waiting. Of course they will just come up with a good song to side track em!

Why should anyone believe in a building and another flesh and blood person. I thought this was about believing in THE CREATOR, you don't need a church in order to Believe, Trust and Repent. THE MESSIAH is the only redeemer back to our FATHER. THE CREATOR BLESS

@samuel moore The problem is called a detour, we never get to it and they won't go there. Preachers put non tithers on blast without a second thought. Put the enemy that came in like a storm on blast.

@@ashimihservnt.of.the.gret.7703 I thought I was the only one who thought this. The video was painful to get through the man sounds like a charlatan trying to pan handle books. It's giving very Joel Osteen saying a whole lot of everything yet saying nothing. Also this looks like a white man with a tan talking bout I'm a brother and I'm with a sister🤔 um nobody asked but ok. Black come in all shades but white isn't one of them unless you albino.

What this speech should have been about is what do we do about single mothers in the black community. How do we handle crime and prison culture. Any group of people that venerates rapist, thieves, law breakers (thugs) is going to have serious issues moving forward. That exist in every culture but only the black community idolizes it.

And what are prayers going to do? What we need to do is up our financial literacy. Invest in stocks, bonds, real estate and educate ourselves on these subjects thoroughly so that we can teach our descendants also.

I used to believe that until I thought about what that would mean for those who jumped during the middle passage. By your point he knew they'd jump. Was his assignment for their lives slavery?
