That was my experience too... Their warranty department takes forever to fix the issues. Get an inspector before buying and do not close before they fix ALL the issues. It's been very stressful and I wouldn't recommend it. Most workers who came to fix the issues were completely incompetent and didn't do a good job, also stated they didn't have the right tools. I had a better experience and less issues buying a 30-year-old home than a brand new DR Horton home...
