The truth is powerful. I practice Dr Hew mantra, I am sorry please forgive me thank you I love you. It is not possible to explain with words the huge shift that happened then, even so I practice meditation and self discovery for more than 6 years...Love.

I do love many of Dr. Ihaleakala's way of explaining it all. So, many (as do I agree) being truly contrite, forgiving, asking forgiveness, being grateful and loving, and this is a circular energy of action, thought and spirit.

its as if we are constantly emitting one form of energy or another.. and if we don't relieve or let go of things in the past, including pattern identity that could also make us afraid/ambitious for the future, then most our energy remains contained in non-existent pockets of memory. to be one hundred percent responsible is to be 100% aware, committed to be free from the fetters of presumed 'important' events that have nothing to do with the potential of an individual in a present-mind state. The most important thing for me was to develop the urge to want to understand, love, feel... but that came naturally after considerable tribulation.. i had to hit rock bottom before making any significant effort to let go and be well again... furthermore one should never to expect a result as it were a shopping list of desired 'outcomes'... there is no better outcome than being free. Equally, a presumed outcome instates that 'you' know what 'you' want and that simply isn's true when one uses the rationalising mind to create what only accumulates as further affliction. I'm sorry (i only just realised), please forgive me (because i wasnt paying attention and didnt realize before) i love you (in recognition of your beauty unencumbered), thank you (for giving me another opportunity to see where i couldn't before)

I was blessed to take a training with Dr. Hew Len. He explained how he ‘healed others’ using Ho’oponopono, “I was simply cleaning the part of me that I shared with them. Ho’oponopono recognizes we are all part of one consciousness and we are responsible for everything we experience!” Now to be clear, at the time Dr. Len NEVER spoke the words “I’m sorry” as he explained decades ago, “There is nothing to forgive! Joe Vitale added that after sitting in on one of my classes." And I believe It is a good part because of Joe Vitale spreading the name of ho’oponopono from the time he listened to the class and wrote “Zero limits and included the never before used mantra "please forgive me.” Morrnah Simeona was the original teacher of Ho’oponopono’s 14 step process. So I myself never use the words ‘Please forgive me” and I was surprised to discover Dr. Hen Len actually started incorporating that into his talks. I do not pretend to understand why he would do that. Not my karma.

I really contemplated this before about there is nothing to forgive… I haven’t had the pleasure to assist to Dr. Len class. I was wondering… Did he only mention thank you and I love you?

@@S.Sophia999 This was one of the first times he came to the mainland to do this class and he was adamant about what he said, but after the book became famous I noticed he changed his own story. Honesty I began doubting the entire situation

I understeand it that if you put love in something, it cleans for you, I mean, our mothers do that for us all our lives, when you think of it, why is the mothers soup best in the world, for every person. I mean, they can not all be best. Love.

Which in itself is not easy. The narrow path is to retain enough memory of self, experiences and erase negative energy in self when with others. It is also to know what is our responsibility and what is theirs. Many people judge and Jesus said to judge justly, which means, we judge to keep ourselves safe, but also must only ultimately judge our own growth and conduct.

I have watched several videos on Hew Len and he has mentioned Gingersnaps, blueberries and an ice cream sundae. Is there a list of specific things he suggests eating or is it simply any kind of food that makes you feel happy.

This Dr. is imparting wisdom, and can have positive energy, and is onto something good. However, if one has a baby or little children to raise this philosophy does not work in those growing years, otherwise the human population would vanish. For mothers/fathers job is to teach and to employ memory banks to not make dangerous mistakes so the child can survive and thrive. Those memories are planted by God for a reason, our job is to teach them what is important and what to let go.

It is probably comfort food for him, and that is retained in his memory, a neutral sort of comfort, perhaps - who knows. Only he knows. I see it as triplefold - an icebreaker with people, to "break bread" so to speak, which Jesus or the greats, always did. And to invoke a distraction of the memory to sensory levels, might be another reason. Perhaps he just loves those foods and it works for him. The time it might not work if one is invited to the spaghetti cafe by a mafia head ;)

All i can tell you to help is to read his book Zero limits. His methodology is thought allv round the world & with the tecnique that is thought he expresses thst if he cured people in 2 psychiatric wards in Hawaii (documented) so can we heal the universe around us. He also emphasises that he is not a guro & once we connect to the 'source', then it is all eone to you as you believe. So we need to "delete" those wrong information that are stored on our "computers" (subcontious ).... To be data free!

Roy Long it is difficult to find. I read somewhere a person said that they called the Hawaii state hospital and there was no record of Dr Len having worked there. In another blog a psychologist who supposedly worked there at the same time as Len was supposed to have, said there was no Dr Len there either. In a way it concerns me because I'm not able to find any factual source on this curing of patients he did, but at the same time I still know that whatever he is explaining is true based on my own experiences
@veramann7 жыл бұрын
I'm glad the technique works for you and some people. I'm just skeptical it works for most people.
@chubbatheBOSS7 жыл бұрын
I don't use Ho'oponopono specifically, but created my own concoction based on my own research and experiences, but there is a ton of overlap and the concept is essentially the same. The only way to test skepticism is to try things on your own and not follow people blindly or even get too bogged down by the intellectual side of it. That's where people get stuck and dismiss this stuff altogether. A lot of things are not "logical" in the way that we know it. Things like our emotions and dreams are fluid and follow a very different kind of "logic" and not the typical linear way that we are used to in western science. Spirituality is experimenting on your own and seeing what takes you where.
@veramann7 жыл бұрын
I agree on the emotion part. It's the emotional feeling that causes the energy to work.

oh, I just discovered ho'oponopono and am practising it. I didn't realize that there is no documentation or corroboration to certify his story of the hospital event.
